Dune grass plays a pivotal role in preventing beach erosion and is an important nesting site for shorebirds. Almost always moving in the sea breezes, I purposely panned the camera while taking this shot to emphasize the motion of the grasses. The result is an abstract of dune grass, beach and ocean.
